I used cutpit. I mean cutout :D
On this one I used the neon glow(:

On this one I used ALOT of stuff to do this: film grain, motion blur, ink outlined, diffuse glow, and lens flair.
I used liquify then bloat to make them have big butts.
I used the difference clouds effect to do this!
On this one I went to the mosaic effect.
On this one I went to lighting effects and turned on the spotlight.
On this one I used the ink outline effect.
On this one I used the stained glass effect.
On this one I used the difference clouds effect.
On this one went under sketch and photocopied it.
On this one I crosshatched it.
On this one I went under the artistic icon and used the plastic wrap.
On this one I diffused the glow with glass.
On this one I crystallized it.
In this one I blurred it with the radial blur.
On this one I used the styling edges to make it look neon. Then I used a text box to write my name.
